The Challenge
Scale Up provides fulfilment services and online store management systems for e-commerce businesses in Thailand, covering their warehouse and logistics needs. Its warehouse management solution handles every detail of back-end operations.
Its website did not target the searches that mattered. The service pages were not written for the specific, high-intent keywords that potential corporate clients use, so business-to-business (B2B) buyers rarely found them in search results. That limited both the leads the website brought in and how well people knew the brand, in a competitive digital market.

Our Approach
The first step was to fix the core weaknesses in the website’s search engine optimisation (SEO). Primal researched B2B keywords in depth to find high-value commercial terms and long-tail phrases, the longer and more specific searches, about logistics and fulfilment.
We also recommended a dedicated blog section to give the website more depth and authority on its subject. Each service page and each blog article was then mapped to one primary keyword, to make it easier to find in search and to reach the right readers.
Outcomes Achieved
Then came the on-page work. Each service page was rewritten and restructured around its target keywords, and the new blog section was filled with informative posts written for niche searches.
Primal also applied technical SEO to improve the site’s speed, its use on mobile phones and the relevance of its content. This gave the website a strong base for organic traffic to grow over the long term and for more visitors to become leads.
