The Challenge
Sabuy Express is a logistics company in Thailand that ships parcels and goods abroad. It aims to offer international shipping that is reliable and affordable, and to give its customers fast, convenient export services in one place.
When the work began, the website was almost entirely unoptimised for search engines. It had very little content, and the key service pages were missing information that customers needed. The navigation menu and the structure of the site were poorly organised, which made the site harder to use, and the blog was out of date with few posts. Together these limited how well the website could attract visitors and keep them reading.

Our Approach
Primal designed a search engine optimisation (SEO) overhaul for the needs of Sabuy Express. The first part was a new structure for the website, so that its range of services was easier to see and the site was easy to use for visitors and easy for search engines to read.
The second part was the content. We set out to improve the copy across the site, above all on the service pages and the blog, around target keywords chosen for people searching in Thailand and abroad. An internal linking strategy for the pages completed the work, to make the site easier to navigate and to spread page authority more evenly across it.
Outcomes Achieved
Primal then carried out the overhaul. The website got a new menu system and a clearer layout, to help visitors find their way and to help search engines index the pages. We wrote and published keyword-focused content for the service descriptions and the blog to fill the gaps, and linked the new pages to each other to support SEO and make the route through the site simpler.
Impressions, clicks and click-through rate (CTR) all rose, and Sabuy Express became easier to find online, with visitors engaging more with the site. Within 3 months, key events and conversions grew 700%. Organic clicks grew 167% and organic users grew 138%. Key events are the actions on a website, conversions among them, that its analytics records as important, and organic visitors are those who arrive from unpaid search results.
