How Let's Relax Spa Grew Online Bookings 47% In 10 Months

Project Scope: Strategy, Search, Performance, Creative, Data

The Challenge

Let's Relax is a spa brand founded in 1998, with more than 25 branches across the country. Thai and foreign customers have trusted it for more than 20 years. The brand sees Thai massage as a science it knows well and one the world loves, and it uses that knowledge to give every guest deep relaxation from professional therapists.

The brand came to Primal for advice on improving its digital presence. As a long-established name, its approach to digital marketing needed updating, and its website called for new work on usability, speed and design. Search engines such as Google were the brand's main channel for online bookings from guests in Thailand and abroad, yet competing brands held a larger share of search.

Our Approach

Primal started by studying Let's Relax's online customers and the main digital touch points on their way to an online booking. The research showed that search marketing brought in the most online bookings, so search was the focus for the whole campaign.

We optimised the brand's new website for conversions and for the core search terms that drove its revenue. Google Ads ran alongside an organic search campaign, which gave Let's Relax a larger share of search and more ways to reach its online customers.

Outcomes Achieved

Primal created a new, modern website and wrote content for the target pages. Content outreach earned quality links from other websites, every spa branch's location was verified on Google My Business, and pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns ran at the same time to support the long-term SEO work.

Every target keyword was on page 1 of the search results within 7 months. Within 10 months online bookings had risen 47%, and after 11 months the return on the SEO investment stood at 104X.
