The Challenge
This brand sells modern footwear, from slip-ons to sneakers. It wanted more purchases from its remarketing pool, the shoppers who had already interacted with the brand, and more visits to its official store, in line with Shopee’s target for total visits.
Shoppers viewed its products and added them to their cart at high rates. Even so, revenue stayed below the brand’s target for gross merchandise value (GMV), the total value of the goods it sold.

Our Approach
The main goal was more purchases, so Primal designed the campaign around the remarketing pool. We grew the pool and kept it large for the whole campaign.
We then set purchase as the main conversion event for the remarketing audience, so the campaign optimised for completed purchases. The aim was to bring revenue up to the GMV target.

Outcomes Achieved
The large remarketing pool kept the ads on shoppers who had already interacted with the brand, and the purchase goal focused the campaign on revenue. Revenue and return on ad spend (ROAS) both rose.
Revenue grew 65% year on year. The number of units sold rose 50.46%, and orders rose 48.45%.
