The Challenge
Thai Electricity makes, assembles and sources electrical and lighting products from around the world, for local and international markets. It is best known for its light bulbs and lighting solutions, and its aim is to improve people’s lives with new solutions.
In its latest renewal campaign, the company wanted to reach more people across its product range with a new keyword strategy. The goal was more traffic to its website and a higher conversion rate. One problem made this harder. The website was slow, which made it difficult for customers who wanted to buy to complete a purchase. To reach its growth targets, Thai Electricity needed marketing and website optimisation together.

Our Approach
The search engine optimisation (SEO) work started with keywords. Primal chose keywords that matched the client’s wider range of products, to attract more people and bring more relevant visits to the website.
A fast website matters for purchases, so Primal also recommended a detailed check of the website’s speed. The aim was to find and fix the problems that caused delays, so that the website supported the client’s goals for selling and marketing.
Outcomes Achieved
The approach worked, and the campaign grew steadily over time. Keywords matched to the client’s wider range of products brought more visits to the website and more interest from customers. The speed check and the fixes that followed solved the performance problems, so the site became faster and easier for visitors who wanted to buy.
