How Supp Cleaning Grew Organic Traffic 337.1% In 6 Months

Project Scope: Strategy, Search, Data

The Challenge

Supp Cleaning is a Thai-owned and Thai-run company, set up in 2015 to benefit what it calls the 3Ps, the planet, people and profit.

Its cleaning products are made from natural ingredients and without chemicals. When the work began, the website did not yet make this unique selling point clear, for example by targeting natural ingredients as a keyword. The site was also not yet set up well for search engine optimisation (SEO) or for conversion rate optimisation (CRO), the work that turns more visits into orders or enquiries.

Our Approach

Supp Cleaning asked Primal for three things, more organic traffic, more clicks and higher keyword rankings. Organic traffic is the visits that arrive from unpaid search results.

Primal started with a detailed review of the SEO on the website itself. The team then repaired broken backlinks, the links from other websites that no longer reached the right page, and added new high-quality backlinks. It also gave the site a clean, well-organised structure with clear, search-friendly URLs, so that search engines could show the brand to more people.

Outcomes Achieved

Primal designed and ran an SEO campaign to grow the traffic to the brand’s website and the number of keywords it ranks for. Blog posts written for search, together with technical changes to the site, did much to raise its organic visibility. Supp Cleaning’s staff, who are not developers, worked with Primal’s technical team to put those changes in place.

After the on-site work, organic traffic rose 337.1%. New users rose 181.1% and clicks rose 163.9%.
