The Challenge
This brand makes an allergy tablet. Its marketing had focused on offline channels, so the brand had little visibility online.
To change that, it needed to reach the people who search online for help with their allergy symptoms, and to inform the market about its product.

Our Approach
The brand asked Primal to raise its visibility online with search engine optimisation (SEO). The first priority in the strategy was content on the website that was high quality, well written and relevant to the people the brand wanted to reach.
Primal ran keyword research to find the topics that matched what those people were searching for. These topics went into blog posts written to give useful information and to deal with the problems the audience faced. Primal also set out to optimise the website’s meta tags, including its title tags, meta descriptions and header tags, so that search engines could read the pages more easily and the site’s SEO improved overall.
Outcomes Achieved
Primal carried out the strategy. It published blog posts with useful information that dealt with the audience’s problems, and it optimised the meta tags to help the website rank higher in search engines. The brand became more visible online and was able to inform the market about its product.
Within 3 months, clicks rose 202%. Within 6 months, sessions rose 174%, users rose 169% and goal completions rose 167%.
