The Challenge
This bag brand has been part of the Thai market for many years. It makes bags in many designs, sizes and materials, for different lifestyles and for everyday use.
The brand wanted more people to see its e-commerce website and more of those visitors to buy there, so it set out to raise visibility and conversions on the site. To get there, it needed a clear view of how its market was changing and a strategy that fitted it.

Our Approach
The main aim was to make the brand more visible and to raise conversions on its e-commerce website. Primal designed a search engine optimisation (SEO) campaign that would make the website easier for Google’s bots to reach. These bots are the programs that read web pages and add them to Google’s index.
The campaign also set out to fix the problems that kept the website from being crawled and indexed properly, such as duplicate content, the same text appearing on more than one page.
On-page SEO, the work on each page itself, was the third part of the work. It focused on E-E-A-T (experience, expertise, authoritativeness and trustworthiness), to make the brand more credible overall.
Outcomes Achieved
Primal carried out the SEO campaign. Google’s bots could reach the website more easily, so its pages were crawled and indexed as they should be. Removing the duplicate content made the website work better. The on-page work followed E-E-A-T, to make the brand more credible and more relevant in search.
In a competitive fashion market, the brand’s website became more visible in search. 73% of its keywords ranked on page 1 of Google. Impressions, the number of times the website appeared in search results, rose 67%, and clicks rose 45%.
