The Challenge
KIOSK is a furniture store that specialises in steel furniture, such as cabinets and storage units. Its website brings together a full range of furniture, sent straight from the manufacturers, and its tagline is Steel In Style.
The brand was doing reasonably well, but its website had low visibility in search engines, and much larger competing brands made it hard for KIOSK to compete. KIOSK needed to be seen more in search results to overcome that competition.

Our Approach
Primal set out a strategy to improve KIOSK’s presence in search engines. It started with careful research into the target market and into what customers prefer, so that the content on the website would be well written, of high quality and relevant to the people KIOSK wants to reach.
Primal also optimised the website’s meta tags, which are the title tags, meta descriptions and header tags. Tags written for search engine optimisation (SEO) help a website rank higher and bring in organic traffic, the visits that come from unpaid search results, so more people can find KIOSK’s pages when they search.
Outcomes Achieved
Primal put the strategy into action. The team wrote good quality blog articles around target keywords and optimised the title tags, meta descriptions and header tags so the pages performed better in search. KIOSK’s website became more visible, reached more people and brought more goal completions, the actions on the website that are set up as goals.
