The Challenge
Inside Out Academy is a personal and family development institute. Its courses help parents and teenagers develop soft skills and stronger family relationships.
The academy had a brand-new website that had never had any search engine optimisation (SEO) work. It wanted more visitors to the website and more leads from them. As no SEO had been done before, the work had to start from the beginning, in an online market with strong competition.

Our Approach
Primal started with a strategy to bring more people to the website and more leads to the academy. The first step was keyword research to find the essential keywords for every important service page. Primal chose these keywords to bring quality traffic to the site, so the pages reached the right audience.
Primal also saw that blog articles on family and parenting problems could bring in more of the right visitors. A separate round of keyword research for the blog found the topics that answer the concerns of the academy’s audience.
Outcomes Achieved
Primal put the keyword research into practice. The important keywords went into the website’s service pages, to bring in quality traffic and make the pages more visible and relevant in search.
On the blog, Primal wrote articles on the needs and concerns of the academy’s audience, each on a topic that the blog keyword research had found. The articles made the website a useful source of information for that audience.
The website brought in more visitors and more leads. Within 4 months, organic new users rose 739%. These are first-time visitors who reached the site from unpaid search results. Organic clicks rose 721% and organic impressions rose 613%.
