The Challenge
Green Pro provides end-to-end consultancy on business and accounting, and it supports its clients at every step. Its promise is that people can start a business with confidence, with experts beside them.
Online, the business was spread across several separate microsites. The split setup divided the authority of its domain and spread its presence in organic search across addresses that competed with each other. Blog posts on the same topics competed for the same keywords, which confused search engine crawlers and made the site harder to find in search. Weak technical foundations also kept search engines from indexing its pages efficiently.
Primal’s task was to find these weaknesses in the site’s structure and bring the business together on one domain that could compete in organic search.

Our Approach
Primal worked on 2 priorities, bringing the domain’s authority together on one site and ending keyword conflicts across it. Our team mapped out permanent (301) redirects to merge the separate microsites into one domain, then set a schedule to remove or combine repeated content, so that each search intent had its own landing page.
Elements of experience, expertise, authoritativeness and trustworthiness (E-E-A-T) ran through the whole project, from author biographies to citations that readers can check. The aim was to make the site more credible in organic search and to protect the brand from future core algorithm updates.
Outcomes Achieved
Primal ran a controlled migration together with focused content and technical work. We merged the microsites and published optimised content that removed keyword conflicts across the domain. On the technical side, we worked on the site’s Core Web Vitals, improved server response times and added schema markup for a better user experience. Updated author credentials, citations that can be checked and fuller trust markers on each page added E-E-A-T signals.
Within 3 months, key events grew 226.5x, impressions grew 3.34x and clicks grew 3.71x. A key event is an action on the website that its analytics records as important.
