The Challenge
The client is a digital assets trading platform with its own finance app. As part of a rebrand, it redesigned its website.
The new website started out with search engine optimisation (SEO) problems. Its product pages and blog had too little content, and organic search visibility depends on that content. Technical errors also stopped Google from indexing and ranking the pages well. This made it hard for the platform to become known online and to attract the users it wanted.

Our Approach
Primal started with keyword research around the client’s core products and found the keywords with the most potential to bring traffic to the website. A thorough review of the whole website followed, to find the issues that limited its SEO performance.
The most important part of the work was a detailed technical report for the client’s development team, which listed the tag errors and other technical issues to fix. The aim was a sound SEO base for the website, so it was ready to rank higher and be seen by more people.
Outcomes Achieved
Primal worked closely with the client’s developer and guided the fixes to the technical issues the review had found, so Google could index and rank the website’s pages. The keyword research went into the website’s content, with focused product descriptions and blog posts written to attract more visitors. With the tag errors fixed and the on-page elements optimised, the site’s organic search visibility improved.
