The Challenge
This data technology company works in research, research tools, chatbot systems and marketing data, and it draws its insights from online, offline and real-time data.
The company wanted long-term growth, stronger search engine optimisation (SEO) performance and strong brand awareness. Its website was the problem. The service information on the site was not optimised for search engines, and the site had no articles or blog content. Without that content, the website could not attract much organic traffic, and the company’s presence online was weak.

Our Approach
Primal set out an SEO strategy that started with keyword research for both the service pages and future blog content. The research looked for the keywords that would bring traffic to the website and make the brand more visible.
With the keywords chosen, the next step was to optimise the existing service information and write new content around those keywords. Primal also included a technical review of the website to find and fix any issues that could limit SEO performance, so the site would be fully optimised for search engines.
Outcomes Achieved
Once the target keywords were confirmed, Primal put the content strategy into practice. It optimised the existing service descriptions and wrote blog articles around the chosen keywords. The new content helped SEO and gave visitors useful information to read, which raised their engagement with the website.
At the same time, Primal carried out the technical review and made the changes it called for, to fix the issues that limited SEO performance. Together, the content and the technical work made the company easier to find online, brought more traffic to the website and raised brand awareness. Clicks grew 4x and organic users grew 3x, and conversions grew 2x in 3 months.
