Established since 1993 MK Real Estate Development (MK), a public company with more than 25 projects nationwide. Primal was approached by MK after they had recently completed their new website project in alignment with an adjustment in their branding in January 2016.
As the website was new MK was sought to improve their online presence on Google.co.th to establish themselves as an authority within the Real Estate vertical and increasing their share of search to compete with more well-known and larger real estate brands.
The new website brought about many challenges including not having been properly migrated from the old website losing a lot of its value in Search Engine Result Pages.
After an initial audit of MK’s online assets, competitor strategies and customer behaviour, Primal set out to optimise MK’s Google presence given that (1) it would enable the brand to generate high-intent leads and (2) increase their authority if we were able to rank them in page 1 positions for competitive search terms and (3) increase their ROI from high intent lead generation from search marketing.
Primal discovered that search marketing played a critical role in customer’s path to purchase in awareness, evaluation and buy stages. We recommend investing heavily in search marketing including both SEO and SEM campaigns to quickly drive the growth MK was looking for to improve their dominance.
